Meet the team

Tina Harding-Ahniche has a BS in Biology from Edinboro University of Pennsylvania. She has a Physical Therapy Technician Diploma from the Median School in Pittsburgh, PA. In 1994 she graduated from the Pittsburgh School of Massage. Tina is nationally as well as state certified in massage therapy. She currently holds a Fairfax County massage therapist license. She continues her massage education through various schools to enhance her massage modalities. Tina has been a Massage Therapist since 1994 and has worked in the Washington Metropolitan area since 1996. She specializes in deep tissue/neuromuscular/mayofascia release massages and tailors each massage to the individuals’ specific needs. Tina is dedicated to her profession and enjoys seeing clients improving their health and well-being through massage.
